Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Within 14 days of placing your order you can cancel the order and receive a refund for the whitening kit(s), less administration & postage costs.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email and we will advise you how to proceed. You will need to send the full kit in its original packing with any extra mouth trays etc supplied, back to us. On receipt of the kit(s) & trays we will issue a refund.

If any of the items that were sent to you are missing or lost we will deduct an amount for the items as per the following scale of charges: - £2.00 for each mouth tray and mouth tray storage cases, £3.00 for syringes; £3.00 for the original packaging and £2.00 for instructions.

If you have received extra mouth trays etc free of charge you must also return these to us or we will deduct a further £2.00 from your refund.

Current administration charges & postage costs are £6.00 for single kits and £12.00 for more than one kit.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK will have postage and administration costs of £10.00 deducted from any refund.

You must post the kit(s) back to us within 3 working days of informing us that you wish to return it, failure to do so will result in the refund not being processed.

We do also strongly recommend that you send it by recorded delivery. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
