Delivery

All orders are posted from our Worldwide Sales Office in London, England, by Royal Mail.

Normal delivery is 1st Class Letter or Small Parcel Delivery, which can take up to 5 days.

If you require Recorded Delivery please e-mail us making this request.

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery that is lost in the post and we obtain a certificate of posting for each consignment sent, as proof of posting.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request any type of Special Delivery in advance, and we will advise of any extra delivery charges on receipt of your e-mail. You should contact us within 30 days of placing the order if you have not received your order.

If you advise us after the 30 day period then we will be unable to send out a replacement or issue a refund.
